Project Coordinator

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting project execution across teams to ensure timely delivery, structured communication, and adherence to defined processes.

This role requires an MBA graduate with strong communication skills, solid command over Microsoft tools, and a keen understanding of current market trends, technology, and digital tools. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-informed, and capable of supporting projects in a fast-evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate daily project activities and track task progress across teams
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and stakeholders
• Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items
• Share regular project updates and reports with managers and leadership
• Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports
• Prepare dashboards and presentations using Microsoft tools
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate proactively
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation

Process & Tool Support

• Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and project governance
• Support use of project management and collaboration tools
• Assist in improving coordination and reporting processes
• Maintain discipline in execution and follow-through

Market & Technology Awareness

• Stay updated on latest market trends, technology developments, and digital tools
• Support teams with insights on relevant tech gadgets, tools, and platforms
• Assist in evaluating tools and technologies that improve productivity and execution

Key Skills & Competencies

Mandatory Skills

• MBA graduate (Operations / Project Management / General Management preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good understanding of current market trends, technology, and digital tools
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (mandatory)
