Design, develop, and execute
test plans, test cases, and test scripts
for web and mobile applications.
Perform
functional, regression, integration, API, and UI testing
across travel booking workflows (flights, hotels, ancillaries, payments).
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
Identify, document, and track
bugs and defects
using tools like Jira / Bugzilla / Trello.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in booking systems, PNRs, payment gateways, and supplier integrations.
Work with automation engineers to enhance
test automation coverage
.
Prepare
test reports and quality metrics
to ensure timely releases.
Continuously contribute to improving QA processes and best practices.

Requirements :

2+ years of experience
as a Manual QA / Software Tester, preferably in travel or e-commerce domains.
Strong understanding of
QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and SDLC
.
Hands-on experience with tools like
Postman, Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, or similar
.
Good knowledge of
API testing (REST/Soap), database queries (SQL), and browser debugging tools
.
Familiarity with
GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) / OTA APIs
is a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
