BI Analyst

In this role as a Team Lead for the Analytic Quality Validation (AQV) Operations team within the GAC Compliance & Risk team, your responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance and accuracy of the repository tool, ensuring comprehensive and compliant entries, and documentation within internal standards. Additionally, you will lead the preparation of reports for the S&P Onshore team, contribute to the development and enhancement of various Analytic Platforms/visualizations, and identify process enhancements within the AQV Operations team to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing maintenance and accuracy of the repository tool - Leading the preparation of reports for the S&P Onshore team - Contributing to the development and enhancement of Analytic Platforms/visualizations - Implementing process enhancements within the AQV Operations team - Providing data support during Framework Review activities - Mentoring junior staff and providing guidance and support to team members - Taking the initiative on special projects and ensuring timely completion - Developing and maintaining operational metrics and dashboards - Supervising workflow and resource allocation - Establishing and maintaining relevant controls and feedback systems - Ensuring adherence to organizational compliance policies Qualifications required for this role: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience with policy-related documentation preferred - Proficiency with Databricks, Power BI, Advanced Excel, R, or Python required - Motivated and able to work independently - Knowledge and experience in automation techniques - Proficiency with document storage solutions and MicroStrategy (MSTR) advantageous - Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities - Experience in data mining, data warehousing, and data mapping - Good interpersonal relationship building and coaching skills - Excellent organizational and leadership skills Please note that the essential qualification for this role includes a minimum Bachelor's degree with 6 years or more of relevant experience, along with proven experience in leading teams and global client management.,
