BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (preferably Zoho Analytics).
  

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  

• Create and manage Query Tables for reporting and data modeling.
  

• Build interactive visualizations and reports using BI tools (preferably Zoho Analytics).
  

• Work with various databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  

• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
  

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and enhancements of dashboards.
  

• Automate recurring reports and optimize existing reporting processes.
  

• Maintain proper documentation for datasets, reports, and analytical models.
  

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
  

• 1-2 years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Reporting roles for full time role and fresher for internship (internship duration 3 months).
  

• Strong proficiency in SQL (writing, modifying, and optimizing queries).
  

• Hands-on experience with Query Tables, data modeling, and relational databases.
  

• Ability to create dashboards/visualizations using BI tools.
  

• Preferable: Working knowledge of Zoho Analytics (reports, data blending, query tables, dashboard creation).
  

• Strong understanding of data visualization concepts and best practices.
  

• Good knowledge of database structures, joins, relationships, and ETL basics.
  

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
