Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Agency Manager located in Dwarka Delhi, India, for Max Bupa/Niva Bupa Health Insurance. Your main responsibilities will include managing and developing the agency team, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. You will recruit and train agents, provide continuous support and mentoring, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor performance, conduct regular meetings, and create strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
