As an Agency Manager based in Dwarka Delhi, India, this full-time on-site position requires you to lead and nurture the agency team, meet sales objectives, and foster business expansion. Your daily responsibilities will involve recruiting and training agents, offering continuous support and guidance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be accountable for performance evaluation, organizing regular meetings, and devising strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong grasp of health insurance products and the capability to effectively communicate and elucidate them to clients. Proven expertise in team management, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth is essential.
