Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Dwarka Delhi, India. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the agency team, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. Daily tasks will include recruiting and training agents, providing continuous support and mentoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves performance monitoring, conducting regular meetings, and creating strategies to increase client acquisition and retention. Qualifications Strong understanding of health insurance products and the ability to present and explain them to clients Proven experience in team management, sales target achievement, and business development Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills Ability to assess training needs and develop training programs for agents Proficient in performance monitoring, conducting meetings, and creating sales strategies Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance sector Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus Show more Show less
