Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Ranchi. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing agents to ensure high performance. The role includes driving sales through the agency channel, achieving business targets, and monitoring team productivity. Additional tasks include mentoring agents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The Agency Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market reach and ensuring sustainable growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in recruitment, team management, and agent development
Strong sales and business development skills, particularly in the insurance or financial services sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs
Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the healthcare insurance industry is an advantage
