As a Marketing Manager at Innervex Technologies, your role involves selling software solutions to corporates in various sectors such as Accounting, Sales & Distribution, Retail ERP, CRM, and more. You will be tasked with demonstrating the software to potential clients, negotiating deals, and finalizing orders. Additionally, there may be opportunities for you to lead a team of Executives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing Key Customer Database: Focus on managing key customer accounts across all segments to retain and grow business. - Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing programs to generate demand and boost sales of Innervex Technologies software solutions. - Managing Alliances: Collaborate with business teams to identify and onboard new partners for continuous business improvement. - Business Planning: Create business plans and strategies to increase market share both domestically and internationally. - Developing New Business: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, define and execute business plans, and strategies to meet revenue targets. - Bid Preparation: Formulate, prepare, and present proposals for new bids, including strategic, business, and deal structuring aspects. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you are required to possess strong communication, coaching, business presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies quickly is essential. You should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and willing to put in the extra effort to drive business growth.
