Job Purpose:
Drive business growth by developing marketing strategies, acquiring clients, and building brand presence for the subleasing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans for leasing projects.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and tenants.
Manage digital marketing, social media campaigns, and offline promotions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and close client deals.
Skills & Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM (Marketing) or Graduate with strong real estate marketing background.
2–6 years of experience in real estate leasing / property sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
