nsure smooth execution of site activities by monitoring manpower, materials, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations, coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors.
Check quality of construction, safety compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain daily progress reports and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Resolve site-level issues and escalate to Site Engineers/Managers when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI in Civil / Construction preferred.
2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
