Site Supervisor

The Car Showroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing the sales team floor activities, and maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom. The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, sales executives, and management to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Showroom Operations

• Supervise daily showroom activities and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, vehicle display standards, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles on display are clean, fueled, and ready for demonstration.
• Coordinate with service and delivery teams for test drives and vehicle availability.

2. Sales Support & Monitoring

• Monitor the performance and conduct of sales executives.
• Assist sales staff in closing deals, handling customer queries, and resolving issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to sales processes.
• Track and report daily footfall, inquiries, and conversions.

3. Customer Service

• Ensure all visitors receive prompt attention and a premium showroom experience.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers to improve lead conversion.

4. Team Coordination & Training

• Allocate daily responsibilities to sales executives.
• Conduct on-floor training on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
• Motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Participate in staff evaluations and performance reviews.

5. Inventory & Display Management

• Coordinate vehicle stock availability with inventory teams.
• Ensure accurate product information is displayed at all times.
• Plan and execute periodic display changes and promotional setups.

6. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, brand standards, and audit requirements.
• Monitor and manage showroom assets and consumables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
