Both Male/Female candidates can apply for the post Core Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters. Making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs. Organizing and maintaining files and databases. Taking meeting minutes. Assisting with event planning and coordination. Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for callers and clients. Managing communication with internal and external parties. Other Duties: Assisting with research and information gathering. Managing and prioritizing workload. Maintaining a professional and efficient office environment. Key Skills: Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work effectively with others. Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information with care. Problem-solving: Ability to address challenges and find solutions.
