· Candidate should have strong communication skill in English (both verbal and written)

· Candidate must should have good writing & reporting skill

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

· Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information

· Proficiency with office software - word, excel and presentation software

· Need to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support

· Key duties include managing schedules, arranging travel, and preparing reports and presentations

· Proactive problem-solving abilities

· Flexibility and adaptability

FEMALE CANDIDATE PREFERRED

Education:

MBA degree is desirable

Must Should have skill: Proficiency in English , Soft skill set, Computer knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Communication management: Screening phone calls, managing emails, and handling all official correspondence, preparing and handling Tender.

· Documentation: managing all documents in proper organized way.

· Meeting and event coordination: Setting up meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
