Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team at Tripura Automobiles, a leading name in the automobile industry in Tripura. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance.
1. Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, )
Maintain candidate database and job portal listings,
2. Attendance & Payroll Management: Maintain employee attendance and leave records,
Coordinate with accounts/finance for monthly payroll processing.
3. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Maintain employee training records.
4. HR Administration: Maintain HR documentation and employee records, Handle HR correspondence and reporting to management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Candidate should have strong communications skills and personality traits.
