General Manager

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced General Manager to head the Cargo Three-Wheeler Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, developing dealer/market networks, and ensuring top-line performance in this specific segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the cargo three-wheeler sales vertical across Tripura.

Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Travelling across the state to promote sales

Build and expand dealer and distribution networks.

Design and implement market penetration strategies.

Responsible for liaising with Govt. offices to handle tenders & bulk orders.

Monitor competitor activity and customer preferences.

Train and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.

Coordinate with Bajaj Auto for product updates, schemes, and targets.

A valid Driving License and two wheelers must have and driving skills should possess for Three and Four wheelers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in vehicle or commercial vehicle sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and target achievement mindset.
• Valid driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
