Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily business operations, lead the team to achieve company objectives, develop and implement strategic plans, and monitor overall organizational performance. Responsibilities include managing budgets, establishing and achieving growth targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of the real estate sector.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and team management skills to inspire and manage teams effectively
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills to implement and achieve business objectives
Proficiency in sales and marketing, with experience in crafting strategies to drive revenue growth
Knowledge of real estate operations, including open plots, HMDA, and DTCP layouts
Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and oversee project execution
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirable
