Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Goals: Develop and implement business strategies, set growth targets, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Financial Management: Control budgets, optimize expenses, and monitor financial health.
• Operations: Oversee daily activities, improve processes for efficiency, and ensure quality service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff; conduct performance reviews; foster collaboration.
• Stakeholder Relations: Communicate with top-level executives, clients, and external partners; manage key relationships.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance reports (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
