Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing & Occupancy: Marketing vacant units, screening tenants, negotiating leases, and managing renewals.
• Tenant Management: Acting as the point of contact for tenant issues, handling complaints, mediating disputes, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Property Upkeep: Coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and managing service providers.
• Financial Oversight: Collecting rent, managing budgets, and providing financial reports to owners.
• Sales & Strategy (for Sales-focused roles): Leading sales teams, developing strategies to meet revenue goals, and expanding market presence.

Types of Unit Managers

• Property Unit Manager: Focuses on residential or commercial buildings, managing day-to-day property functions.
• Business Unit/Sales Manager: Leads sales teams for specific real estate projects (like new developments) or financial products (like mutual funds), driving unit sales.

Skills & Qualifications

• Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team (for sales roles).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing tenant issues and operational challenges effectively.
• Sales Acumen: Understanding market trends and sales techniques (especially for sales roles).
• Education: Degrees in Business or Marketing are common, along with industry certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
