Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role located in Raipur. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Primary responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, developing strategies to improve team performance, conducting periodic team assessments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. Additionally, the role requires maintaining customer relationships and managing client portfolios to support business growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in team management, mentorship, and leadership skills
Strong sales, customer relationship management, and business development skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze and strategize for achieving sales and performance targets
Proven experience in the financial services or insurance sector is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
