Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Unit Manager located in Sardarshahar. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the team's activities, and ensure the efficient functioning of the mobile cinema unit. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing resources, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The role also involves addressing logistical challenges and contributing to the successful execution of screenings and events.

Qualifications

• Operational and team management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and conflict resolution

Drive local marketing initiatives such as school tie-ups, corporate bookings, and community outreach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Technical skills in equipment handling and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic on-site scenarios and effectively solve problems
• Familiarity with the entertainment or cinema industry is a plus
