Unit Manager

As the Hospitality Operations Manager, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and service standards. This includes managing and supervising staff, from recruitment to training and performance evaluation. You will also be responsible for monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and identifying strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality products and services is a key aspect of this role.
