Role Description

This full-time, on-site Unit Manager role is based in Chennai. The Unit Manager will recruit, train, and manage a team of financial advisors, ensuring they achieve individual and team sales targets. Responsibilities include driving business growth, designing sales strategies, mentoring team members, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the Unit Manager will monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Proficiency in relationship building, customer service, and client management
• Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial products; prior experience in the same is a plus
