Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Unit Manager to join our team on-site in Vadodara. The Unit Manager will oversee the daily operations of their team, strategize and execute sales plans, monitor team performance, and ensure the achievement of set targets. Responsibilities include recruiting and training new team members, fostering client relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of company policies and procedures. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving sales growth while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in team management, leadership, and performance evaluation
• Proficiency in sales planning, business development, and client relationship management
• Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, insurance sales, or financial services is preferred
• Ability to motivate a team and achieve business targets efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry and products is an advantage
