With a focus on analyzing risks and designing cost-effective insurance programs, Exclusive Insurance Broking ensures its clients are adequately protected and supports them with timely claim settlements.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager based in Indore, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Key responsibilities include managing and developing client relationships, analyzing insurance needs, designing tailored insurance programs, and overseeing policy renewals. The Unit Manager will also collaborate with teams to drive business growth, support marketing strategies, and ensure timely resolution of client requests, including claims management and policy audits.

Qualifications

Expertise in General Insurance, Life Insurance, Risk Management, and Credit Insurance
Strong skills in relationship management and the ability to cultivate corporate client relationships
Experience in claims management, insurance policy audits, and facilitating timely claim settlements
Proficiency in analyzing risks to design customized and cost-effective insurance programs
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, insurance, business administration, or a related field
Prior experience in insurance broking or a related financial services industry is preferred
