Unit Manager

Role Overview

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading, guiding, and managing a team of Mutual Fund and Insurance Advisors. Fresh graduates with strong communication and leadership potential are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting Mutual Fund and Insurance Advisors.
• Guide advisors to achieve their monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Provide training, motivation, and mentorship to the advisor team.
• Maintain business relationships and resolve advisor queries.
• Promote mutual fund and insurance products as per business requirements.
• Track team performance and prepare basic reports.
• Support field-level activities and campaigns.

• Basic understanding of finance (training will be provided).

• Willingness to learn and grow in the financial sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
