Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Lunavada. The Unit Manager will oversee the daily operations and performance of the assigned unit, ensuring business targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities will include managing a team, implementing effective sales and customer engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Unit Manager will also lead training and development initiatives for team members, foster relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in team leadership, people management, and conflict resolution
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing strategies, and customer service
• Ability to meet targets and achieve business goals effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and problem-solving
• Knowledge and experience in health insurance will be an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred
