Job Description

We are hiring passionate and result-oriented professionals for the Agency Channel in the Life Insurance sector. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing insurance advisors to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and activate insurance advisors/agents.
• Drive sales through the advisor channel to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Motivate and support the team to generate business through personal and team efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the advisor team.
• Ensure high retention of active advisors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance / BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage a team.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Graduation is mandatory.
