Role & Responsibilities: • Responsible for handling Customer Queries via Calls • Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products. • Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time. • Handle the queries and complaints of customers. • Communicating with customers through various channels. • Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints within defined TAT. Role Requirements: • Full-time graduation in any stream is mandatory • Should have experience of 6 months or above in Customer Service • Should have excellent communication, writing, typing & presentation skills.
