Profile: UNIT MANAGER (team handling role )

virtual channel,

ctc upto 17 LPA

location : Secunderabad

Role of Unit Manager, inbound channel at Hyderabad location. He/she will manage the complete inbound channel skills (Inbound Voice, FRM, Niyo dedicated team).

Handling a team of Team leader & 25 Customer Care Associates Inbound Voice, Insurance, Deposits & CASA Sales.
5 to 7 years of experience as Unit Manager in Inbound Voice/Outbound Sales
Over all 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Keeping a check on compliance being followed in all processes
Driving productivity of the employees
Analyzing performance gaps
Pushing Sales & Delivering ESQ on every customer contact
Must be fluent in English and Hindi as well as one regional language
Kannada, Tamil, Odia & Malayalam
Max CTC to be offered - 17 LPA
