Job Description: Role: RM / Senior RM - CASA /NR RM/GIB / Commercial RM Experience: 5-8 years Qualification: CA/ MBA(Finance) Location: Surat, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in Commercial banking space, understand their funding requirements and onboard them. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers) promoter level. Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of various lending products like CC, OD, LC, BG,TL, Pre shipment & Post shipment finance. Credit Knowledge: Should know credit appraisal & KAM preparation. Deal Structuring: Design and structure customized lending solutions based on client requirements and risk appetite. Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation. Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the portfolio, manage risks, and ensure timely repayments. Customer Service: Client servicing & relationship management. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive landscape in the commercial Banking space. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in large business banking / mid-market is preferred.
