Responsibilities The portfolio manager will be the key stakeholder to drive AIF and reduce voluntary / involuntary card closure. Drive card activation and ensure reduction of involuntary card closure Manage, drive and tract CLCM communication. He/ She is expected to track all business targets and ensure the same are achieved. He/ She is expected to introduce strategic business initiatives that help drive higher customer engagement and spends. Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of post MBA experience or Undergraduate (CA) in managing cards portfolio. Strong analytical skills to understand spend patters, customer segments.
