Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the

  product roadmap

   for nCino implementations under the guidance of a lead product manager.
• Execute product vision across multiple workstreams of the nCino platform.
• Translate business requirements into

  use cases, user stories, and backlog items

  ; ensure delivery meets the definition of done.”
• Partner with business and technology teams to

  analyze current/target state processes

   and support architectural runway.
• Drive

  Agile ceremonies

   including sprint planning, story refinement, and retrospectives with technology partners.
• Collaborate with developers to confirm

  technical design aligns with business objectives.

• Lead and execute

  UAT plans, scripts, and production validations.

• Assess and prioritize defects

  ; ensure approvals for remediation.
• Act as an

  SME on Commercial Loan Origination (nCino)

   functionalities, advising peers and stakeholders.
• Communicate status updates clearly and frequently to project teams and product leadership.

• Monitor KPIs

   and success metrics to ensure product value delivery.
• Support rollout, adoption, and training in partnership with

  Marketing, Communications, and Training teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of total experience

  , with minimum

  3+ years in Salesforce/nCino

  (Commercial Lending / Loan Origination).

• Strong expertise in

  nCino

  Managed Package

   (Loan Origination, Spreads, Risk Rating, Product Catalogue, Smart Checklist, Snapshot, Credit Actions, Collaterals).
• Proficiency in Salesforce development and configuration (

  Apex, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, LWC, Admin configurations

  ).
• Hands-on experience with

  Agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Strong understanding of

  commercial banking processes

   and ability to act as SME.
• Certifications preferred:

  nCino

  101/201, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, PD1.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
