Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend services for our AI-powered products and features. Integrate and utilize modern machine learning and generative AI models to build application features. Partner with applied scientists and ML engineers to understand model capabilities and effectively integrate them into production applications. Focus on the application layer, building features and APIs that make powerful AI technologies accessible to users. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high standard of code quality. Work multi-functionally with teams across the organization, including product, design, and operations.

3 to 8 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in backend development with languages such as Python or Java Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and reliable distributed systems and APIs. Experience building applications that consume and are powered by machine learning models, services, and APIs. Familiarity with the concepts of Generative AI and experience integrating AI/ML models into larger systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguity. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka. A portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise in building applications with intelligent features.
