The role entails deepening relationships with Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to identify prospective customers and convert them into real business opportunities. The role bearer is responsible for creating Joint Liability Groups and centers and managing them through the formation, disbursal and collection phases while managing a team to
drive client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship.
* Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from
different channels/customers.* Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across thebranch network.* Manage a team of field officers, taking responsibility for their development andattrition.
