Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Perintalmanna. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve business targets, drive sales, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, building strong client relationships, and creating strategic plans to meet goals. The role requires collaboration with internal departments and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning, sales management, and performance monitoring
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• A good understanding of life insurance products and industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
