Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role located in Rajkot. The Unit Manager will lead and manage a team to achieve sales objectives while also ensuring high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include team recruitment, training, and motivation. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving business targets. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven skills in problem-solving, planning, and executing sales strategies
• Knowledge or experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
