We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us in the role of a Recruiter. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified and ambitious advisors for health and life insurance, as well as mutual fund partners to help expand FinOracles Services" network. Your main duties will revolve around managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, identifying potential candidates, and fostering relationships to achieve the company's sales and expansion objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, attract, and recruit health and life insurance advisors and mutual fund partners. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill hiring needs in targeted regions. - Maintain a comprehensive database of potential recruits and monitor progress through regular follow-ups. - Ensure that all recruited advisors and partners adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build effective relationships and network efficiently. Additionally, strong negotiation and persuasion skills will be key to successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
