Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Puducherry. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing business strategies, maintaining performance standards, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Experience in team leadership and staff management Proven skills in sales, marketing, and business development Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement business strategies Knowledge of regulatory compliance and policy enforcement Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
