We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for transport company. The ideal candidate will manage the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and tax compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance with relevant regulations. Job responsibilities : Oversee and manage all vendor invoices and payments. Ensure all client invoices are generated and sent in a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collections. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure all payments are accurately recorded. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Calculate and deduct TDS on applicable payments as per the Income Tax Act.
