Position: Sr. Executive Sea Export CS & Ops

Location: Andheri | Mumbai

Experience:

What is your role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Sea Export Operations to manage and coordinate end-to-end sea export shipments. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of shipping line coordination, documentation, stuffing procedures, and regulatory filings such as ENS, AMS, and AFR.

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate with shippers, transporters, CHAs, and shipping lines to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
Place bookings with shipping lines and follow-up for confirmation and scheduling.
Follow up shippers for Shipping Instructions (SI) and Bill of Lading (BL) processing.
Manage and oversee dock stuffing and factory stuffing processes as per shipment requirements.
Prepare and raise Debit Notes to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update the Daily Status Report (DSR).
Coordinate with shippers, transporters, CHAs, and shipping lines to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
Place bookings with shipping lines and follow-up for confirmation and scheduling.

What are we seeking for:

Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
Experience with Freight Forwarding Companies.
Knowledge of ENS, AMS & AFR Filing.

Experience – 3-4 years
Salary – 3 – 4 LPA

Education Qualification: Graduate preferable

Additional Knowledge: Industry - Freight Forwarding | Logistics | International Shipping
