Executive / Asst Manager / Manager Sales & Operations

As an Executive / Asst Manager / Manager in Sales & Operations at FEI Cargo Limited, your role will involve identifying and securing new business opportunities in freight forwarding, both in Air & Sea, Import & Export. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate effectively to close deals. - Provide consistent follow-ups, updates, and exceptional after-sales support. - Analyze market trends and competition to create effective sales strategies. - Identify and explore potential markets to expand the company's reach. - Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client updates to management. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes. - Experience in handling air freight, ocean freight, and customs clearance. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
