Executive / Asst Manager / Manager Sales & Operations

Role Overview: As an Executive / Asst Manager / Manager Sales & Operations at FEI Cargo Limited, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities in freight forwarding, both Air & Sea, Import & Export. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing tailored logistics solutions, and ensuring exceptional after-sales support. Your ability to analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet and exceed sales targets will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea, Import & Export). - Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. - Develop tailored logistics solutions that align with clients" supply chain requirements. - Conduct client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate effectively to close deals. - Provide consistent follow-ups, updates, and exceptional after-sales support. - Analyze market trends and competition to create effective sales strategies. - Identify and explore potential markets to expand the company's reach. - Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client updates to management. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes. - Experience in handling air freight, ocean freight, and customs clearance. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
