Position: Executive Documentation

Location: Andheri | Mumbai

Experience:

What is your role
To handle and coordinate export documentation processes, including BL draft approvals, SI submission, and preparation of HBLs and MBLs, ensuring accuracy and timely release in compliance with customer and carrier requirements.

Job responsibilities:

Follow up on Bill of Lading (BL) drafts with shipping lines and customers.
Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) for Master Bills of Lading (MBL) to various shipping lines.
Coordinate with exporters and shipping lines for timely release of House Bills of Lading (HBL) and MBL.
Prepare HBLs using internal documentation software with accuracy and in compliance with requirements.
Ensure all shipping documents are properly maintained and filed for record-keeping and audits.
Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies or issues related to documentation.

What are we seeking for:

Should be fluent in English.
A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must.
Knowledge of operational procedures for handling import shipments, both Air & Sea.
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.

Experience – 2-3 years
Salary – 3-3.5 LPA

Education Qualification: Graduate preferred

Additional Knowledge: Industry – Freight Forwarding | Logistics | International Shipping
