Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Build strong relationships with dealer principals,   showroom sales staff, and dealer finance teams.

Regularly visit motor dealers to provide training, resolve queries, and support in day-to-day insurance operations.

  • Ensure timely payouts, performance updates, and engagement activities for channel partners.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
