Responsibilities Market Insights & Demand Analysis Collect and structurally analyze multi-dimensional information (customers, competitors, end-user needs, industry trends) to accurately forecast market inflection points and demand shifts. Provide data-driven insights and strategic inputs through market cycle assessment and trend forecasting. Customer Development & Relationship Management Lead the full customer development lifecycle; identify explicit and implicit needs, map key decision-makers, and build strong customer relationship networks. Collaborate across teams using a “Triangular Partnership” model to integrate insights and convert ambiguous needs into executable customer solutions. Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships to achieve win-win outcomes for both the customer and the company. Business Planning & Strategy Development Develop customer segment plans and growth pathways based on market dynamics, customer value, and competitive landscape. Oversee resource allocation, target setting, and risk alerts to ensure business planning aligns with company strategy. Opportunity Identification & Deal Negotiation Proactively uncover potential customer needs, design differentiated cooperation proposals, and incubate business opportunities. Formulate flexible negotiation strategies that balance interests and drive successful partnership agreements, enhancing customer satisfaction. Project Delivery & Process Management Lead the end-to-end LTC (Lead to Cash) sales process, ensuring effective management from opportunity creation to successful delivery. Coordinate internal and external resources, identify and mitigate risks (such as resource constraints or requirement changes), and ensure delivery quality and customer trust. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in English, Korean, Marketing, or International Trade preferred. Overseas study experience is a plus (for international customer-facing roles). Proficient in office software applications. Proactive, hands-on, efficient, innovative, and strongly aligned with company culture; willing to travel as needed. Experience in the photovoltaic or new energy industry is preferred. Strong sales negotiation skills, proficient in diverse marketing approaches, outgoing personality, and excellent communication abilities.
