Job Description

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and product presentations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management (preferably in related industries).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
