Work Location: Hyderabad – Jubilee hills Key Job Responsibilities · Oversee all structural and architectural engineering facets of MODULI’s modular construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with MODULI’s in‑house design methodology. · Oversee quality assurance of structural and architectural outputs through independent review of analyses and CAD/BIM deliverables, ensuring compliance with safety standards and structural performance criteria. · Should have Strong focus on maintaining design accuracy, safety compliance and mitigating structural risks during design and execution. · Ability to optimize design solutions for efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainability. · Provide strategic leadership in articulating and aligning design intent across structural and architectural disciplines during both prefabrication and on-site assembly, ensuring clarity, resolution of technical ambiguities, and optimized constructability. · Facilitate proactive coordination among Sales, Production, and Site Installation teams, ensuring prompt and coherent communication across all functions. · Should have been worked in Engineering / Infra / Civil Industry.
