Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview

extensive experience in the garment/apparel industry

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, garment buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within domestic and export garment markets.
• Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements with major clients.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Guide and mentor the sales team; ensure performance alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and design teams to support product development and sales planning.
• Prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Represent the Mahukaa brand at exhibitions, fashion fairs, industry events, and buyer meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the garment/apparel industry

  —mandatory.
• Strong senior-level sales experience, preferably in premium garments, fashion, lifestyle, or related categories.
• Excellent communication, networking, and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage large accounts.
• Strong negotiation and team leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting systems.
• Ability to travel frequently for client and market visits.
