Role Description

We are hiring for the full-time, on-site role of Unit Manager in Indore. As a Unit Manager, you will lead and manage a team of financial advisors to achieve sales and business goals. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and mentoring advisors, setting sales targets, and ensuring their performance aligns with organizational objectives. You will also manage client relationships, address customer queries, and provide financial solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves actively contributing to business growth and market expansion through effective team management and sales strategy implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
• Strong skills in sales, business development, and achieving targets
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and adapt to changing industry demands
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Indore and liaise effectively with different teams and clients
